REFLECTIVE SELF ASSESSMENT TOOLS
SUMMARY
This resource prompts workers, who work with people in neighbourhoods and communities, to reflect on their role and review this in relation to their understanding of part that learning plays in their work. Workers are also prompted to review their understanding and contributions to community learning, capacity building and community development.
