SOFT LEARNING OUTCOMES AND SUPPORT NEEDS IN COMMUNITY BASED LEARNING

SUMMARY

A review of community-based first steps learning provision with LEA workers produced comprehensive listings of outcomes and the support provided by workers, identified by the learners, in conversations with the workers.

 

Learning outcomes, progress indicated/first-steps, identified by individual learners, linking to progression

Support inputs identified by learners – what within the work and learner lives has contributed to learner success and progress.
