Individual Capacity Building

 

A shared assessment experience with the individual learner – a partnership

 

For sources of evidence of learning success and achievements, use:

 

  • Primary source: the learner
  • Secondary sources: the worker and other witnesses

 

For evidence of learning success and achievements use:

 

  • Personal development and self-management gains
  • Application and use of the learning by the learner
  • Impact and benefits of use and application of individual’s learning beyond themselves.

 

Feedback to the individual learner – confirming, celebrating and valuing learning success and achievements in the context of  personal development and effectiveness.

 

Reflection by learner (with worker?) on the value of the learning experience and progress, and impact on life, etc.
